Bush's draft status is becoming cloudy

NEW YORK - N-F-L players union head Gene Upshaw confirms that the union is investigating the role of agent David Caravantes in rent payments made for the family of Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush.<br> <br> And the N-F-L has alerted some teams about a potential extortion of Bush&#39;s family after the Southern Cal running back didn&#39;t sign with a marketing company tied to Caravantes. The list includes the Houston Texans, who have the first pick in tomorrow&#39;s draft and have said they&#39;ll choose Bush or North Carolina State defensive end Mario Williams.<br> <br> Caravantes tells The Associated Press that he hasn&#39;t heard anything about the N-F-L-P-A investigation.
