80-lot subdivision planned in North Hall

GAINESVILLE - A rezoning request for a proposed 80-lot subdivision in North Hall goes before the Hall County Planning Commission next month.

In all, the planners are being asked to consider three developments that would create lots for a total of 161 new homes in the county.

The Sullens road development would be located on both sides of the road about a half- mile east of Clarks Bridge Road and encompass about 125 acres.

Also at the March 20 meeting, planners will be asked to consider a 52-lot subdivision on Roy Parks Road and a 29-home development on Strickland Road.
