Buford City Schools wins award

BUFORD - The Georgia Department of Education has awarded Buford City Schools the 2005 Pacesetter Award for Achieving Outstanding Results for Students with Disabilities. <br>

This is the third year that the award has been given, and it is the third year that we have received it. <br>
<br>
Buford is one of 60 school systems which comprise the category of the 2nd-to-smallest school systems in the state, i.e., those that have 250 to 499 students with disabilities. It is the largest of the five size categories of school systems in the state.
