The Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board, at its first meeting of the new year, will be asked to approve the 47-acre development. It would be located on Floyd Road just east of Barnes Drive.
In addition, planners will be asked to okay another office building on the north side of town. A medical/professional complex is planned for Beverly Road near Limstone Parkway.
The board meets January 9.
