Comair suffers chronic delays in NYC

<p>WE'RE EXPERIENCING DELAYS: A report by the U.S. Department of Transportation Department shows that 25 the nation's 50 most frequently delayed flights in September were Comair operations to or from New York's Kennedy Airport.</p><p>WORST OF THE WORST: Comair Flight 5283 _ an evening rush hour jet from JFK to Washington Reagan National Airport _ landed late 100 percent of the time in September.</p><p>HOW BAD?: Planes flying the route arrived an average of 79 minutes behind schedule, on a trip that involves less than an hour of flying time.</p><p>THE SOLUTION: Comair says it has added ground staff at the airports experiencing the worst problems and is planning schedule adjustments.</p>
