Poultry pioneers in the spotlight

GAINESVILLE - A reception was held Thursday night to recognize Hall County's poultry pioneers and raise money for an expanded poultry exhibit at the Northeast Georgia History Center.

History Center Director Stuart Miller says it is the "missing link" at the museum.

Miller says a special luncheon Friday, like Thursday night's reception, will spotlight the pioneers of Hall County's poultry and egg industries - alive and deceased.
