Person shot, killed outside police precinct

<p>Gwinnett County police officers are at the scene of a shooting outside a police precinct, where one person is reported to be dead.</p><p>Officers at the scene tell W-S-B T-V that a body has been found in a car parked at the police precinct in Norcross.</p><p>The person was found after shots were fired outside the westside precinct.</p><p>Authorities have NOT released the person's name. Other details are NOT immediately available.</p><p>A woman answering the phone at the police department headquarters in Lawreceville says the police spokesman is at the scene.</p><p>A Web site indicates the precinct is located at 6160 Crescent Drive near Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Interstate 85.
