GHS band member named All-State

GAINESVILLE - Gainesville High School band members Katie Poff, Melanie Jeanty, D.I. Brunson, and Josh Taylor recently tried out for the All-State Band. <br>

Out of the four, Brunson was selected to participate in the 2005-06 All-State Band. <br>
<br>
School officials said "this is an enormous honor, and is a true testament to D.I.'s hard work and commitment to musical excellence. It is an honor (itself) to be selected to try out." <br>
