34-lot subdivision planned in Oakwood

OAKWOOD - The Oakwood City Council is being asked to approve an annexation and rezoning that would open the way for a 34-acre subdivision.<br>
<br>
The property is in the 3400 block of Montgomery Drive.<br>
<br>
Josh Porter is the applicant and he wants the property annexed by the city of Oakwood and rezoned for single-family homes. <br>
<br>
The city council is to consider the request at a meeting on February 13.<br>
