HCPC to consider proposals for 424 new homes

GAINESVILLE - Five new subdivision proposals - totaling more than 400 homes - are on the agenda for the October 3 Hall County Planning Commission meeting.
One calls for a 178-unit development in South Hall. It is planned on Sasser Road near J.M. Turk Road.
Two of the others are at Bogus and Nopone roads: one is a 15-lot proposal and the other envisions142 homes. Also in the works: a nine-lot development on Belton Bridge Road near Forrester Road; and 80 homes on Grant Ford Road near Doughtery Road.
