<p>A Florida man, who had a commercial pilot's license, has been arrested for raping a 16-year-old girl at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.</p><p>Michael D. Matthews, 39, of Daytona Beach, Fla., is accused of attacking the Florida teen in a concourse stairway Tuesday afternoon, Atlanta police spokeswoman Sylvia Abernathy said.</p><p>In addition to the rape allegation, authorities are also investigating how Matthews and the victim were able to enter the stairway, which is accessible only to airport employees, Abernathy said.</p><p>Atlanta police initially took Matthews into custody, but turned him over to Clayton County police after a magistrate judge signed a warrant for his arrest.
