New medical park planned in Gainesville

GAINESVILLE - Plans are in the works for a 29-lot medical professional office park on the east side of Gainesville.

It will be located on Beverly Road near Lanier Park Hospital and consist of about 174,000 square feet of total space. Each building will contain about 6,000 square feet.

The Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board will consider a rezoning for the 36-acre tract next Tuesday.
