CHENEY, Wash. (AP) The Seahawks call it a roster-maintenance move. They've traded cornerback Kris Richard to the Miami Dolphins for defensive end Ronald Flemons.<br>

Richard was a third-round draft pick in 2002. He's been a backup and special teams player in Seattle, and the Seahawks considered him as being on the bubble at camp.<br>

Flemons has played in six games over four seasons with Atlanta and Miami. Seahawks general manager Tim Ruskell says it's obviously ``not a world-beater trade.''<br>
