Grossman breaks ankle

ST. LOUIS (AP) Chicago Bears quarterback Rex Grossman broke his left ankle early in the second quarter tonight&#39;s pre-season game against the St. Louis Rams. He&#39;ll be out three to four months.<br> <br> He was hurt with just over eleven minutes left in the half on a four-yard completion to Darnell Sanders.<br> <br> Back-up Chad Hutchinson took over for Grossman.<br> <br> Grossman played in only three games last season before being sidelined by a right knee injury.<br> <br> (Copyright 2005 by The Associated Press.
