Plans for Cool Springs subdivision head to Hall planners again

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Planning Commission next month is expected to again take up plans for a 50-lot subdivision in the Cool Springs area.<br> <br> Troy Ledbetter wants to rezone from AR-III to R-I fifty-five acres at Grant Ford and Dougherty roads.<br> <br> Also on the agenda for the September 6 meeting: plans for four much smaller subdivisions totaling 36 homes and a medical office building in South Hall near where a new hospital is to be built.<br> <br> In addition, the planning commission will consider a rezoning request for a retail sales and repair, boat and RV storage facility on Browns Bridge Road at Sherri Drive. <br> <br> <br> <br>
