Hawks decline to pick up option on Drobnjak

ATLANTA (AP) The Atlanta Hawks declined to pick up the option on Predrag Drobnjak's contract, making the 6-foot-11 center an unrestricted free agent.<br>

The Hawks announced the move on Friday. In 71 games last season, Drobnjak scored 8.4 points and 3.4 rebounds, while averaging 43.8 percent from the floor.<br>
<br>
In March, the five-year veteran posted seasons highs totals of 21 points against Toronto and nine rebounds versus Philadelphia in December.<br>
