Rockets sign Head

HOUSTON (AP) The Houston Rockets have signed their first-round draft pick. Six-three guard Luther Head out of Illinois signed his pact today after the Rockets made him the 24th overall pick on Tuesday.<br>

Head averaged about 15 points, four rebounds and four assists for the Illini.<br>
<br>
He also set a school single-season record last season by making 116 three-pointers.
