Hall planners to consider proposals for three new subdivisions

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Planning Commission will be asked to okay nearly 100 new homes in three planned subdivisions when it meets Tuesday.

A 26-lot development is proposed for the intersection of Georgia Highway 52 and Persimmon Tree Road; 45 homes are planned near Cooper Bridge and McEver Lake roads; and, another 22 in a subdivsiion slated for Harmony Church Road and Dover Road.

Also on the agenda: proposals for a recreational hall at 1500 Browns Bridge Road which would include a pool room and dance and band areas, and a fruit-vegetable-flower stand on Athens Highway at Baker Road.
