Columbus routs Shaw to win AAA title

COLUMBUS - Iain Sebastian allowed two runs, one unearned, in six innings and Adam Coe hit a two-run homer to help Columbus beat Shaw 10-2 in the first game, and Columbus routed Shaw 9-1 in the second game to win the GHSA Class AAA baseball title Tuesday night.<br> <br> Sebastian racked up seven strikeouts, then went 4-for-4 in the second game while Elliot Ogawa pitched a complete game for the Blue Devils (32-5).<br> <br> Shaw (23-15) made three errors in the sixth inning of the opener, when Columbus scored five runs.<br> <br> The Blue Devils won their second straight state championship. Last season they won the Class AAAA title, then dropped into the lower class.
