CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) Clemson coach Jack Leggett says he's staying with the Tigers after taking his name out of the running for openings at Oklahoma and Texas A<br>

Leggett discussed the jobs at both schools, but did not formally interview for the positions. ``I'm going to stay here,'' Leggett said. ``I'm going to work this thing out. It's a great place, a good young team and a great place for me right now.''<br>

Clemson senior associate athletic director Dwight Rainey said the school and Leggett have agreed on the framework for a contract extension, although nothing has been signed yet. Leggett has two years left on a five-year deal.<br>

Leggett had made four trips to the College World Series in his 12 seasons at Clemson.<br>
