Brown to enter NBA draft

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) Big Ten Player of the Year Dee Brown will check out his chances with the N-B-A.<br> <br> The Illinois junior plans to submit his name for the N-B-A draft but hasn&#39;t signed with an agent. By not hiring an agent, Brown could return to Illinois for his senior season if he pulls his name from the draft list by June 21st.<br> <br> He averaged over 13 points a game for the Illini which was number one for much of the season. They lost to North Carolina in the national championshipo game.<br> <br> Brown&#39;s decision follows by two weeks the decision by classmate Deron Williams to hire an agent and leave Illinois for the N-B-A.
