Hall planners to consider 260+ news homes

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Planning Commission will be later this month to sign off on four proposals for subdivisions totaling more than 260 lots.

One is a 75-home proposal on Montgomery Drive near Donna Way which was tabled by planners last month.

Also on the April 18 agenda: plans for a 70-lot development on
Belton Bridge Road near Forrester Road; a 37-lot development on Holly Springs Road near Three Bridges Road; and, an 82-home subdivision on Cornic Drive and Wood Avenue.
