Hall coroner has a mystery on his hands

GAINESVILLE - The body of a man who died at Northeast Georgia Medical Center remains unclaimed one month after his death. And, Hall County Coroner Marion Merck is turning to the public for help in locating his next of kin. <br> <br> Merck says 57-year-old Richard Lee Lindsey had been living on Gilleland Extension. Neighbors say he has two children but have no idea where they live<br> <br> &#34;I understand that he&#39;s been living in Gainesville for several years,&#34; Merck said. &#34;We have no names of any relatives or anything. If anybody knows of any relatives, please contact the coroner&#39;s office.&#34;<br> <br> The coroner says he&#39;s preparing to run Lindsey&#39;s fingerprints and Social Security Number through law enforcement computer databases in hopes of getting a lead on his next-of-kin. <br> <br> Merck says Lindsey, whose body is now at his office, died of natural causes.<br> <br> He says he is white, of thin build, and wore glasses. <br>
