Isinbayeva sets world indoor pole vault record

MADRID, SPAIN - Yelena Isinbayeva of Russia has set the world indoor pole vault record, jumping 16 feet, three-quarter inches at the European Indoor Championships in Madrid.<br>

The mark is her 13th pole vault world record. She set the previous indoor mark with a jump of 16 and a-half last month.<br>
<br>
The 22-year-old has set four indoor world records this season. She also owns the outdoor mark.
