Brown's Bridge Road shooting death a 'suicide'

GAINESVILLE - The death of a man whose body was found at a business on busy Brown's Bridge Road in west Gainesville Wednesday morning during rush hour was apparently a suicide.

Sgt. Kiley Sargent of the Hall County Sheriff's Office says the body was discovered about 9:00 by workers arriving for the day at Wholesale Carpets.

Sgt. Sargent said investigators have concluded that the victim died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
