Plans in the works for 144 more new homes in Hall

GAINESVILLE - Two requests for new subdivisions - totaling 144 lots - are scheduled to be considered later this month by the Hall County Planning Commission.

Breedlove Properties is asking for a rezoning for 76 acres on Athens Highway at Bob Bryant Road where 69 homes are planned.

Saddle Creek Development wants to rezone 37 acres on Montgomery Drive near Donna Way. A 75-lot subdivision is planned there.

Both matters are scheduled to be heard by Hall County planners March 21.
