Braselton planners to consider proposals for 893 new homes

BRASELTON - When the Braselton Planning Commission meets Monday night it will be asked to consider requests involving nearly 900 new houses.
A 439-lot subdivision is planned on 154 acres at Charlie Cooper and Cecil Clark roads; another 95 homes are proposed for 45 acres on Ednaville Road; and, 259 houses are earmarked for 176 acres on Charlie Smith Road.
The meeting will be at 7:00 at the Braselton Community Center.
