<p>A man police say swerved off the road and decapitated his friend as his head hung out the window was indicted this week on four felony charges.</p><p>John Hutcherson, 21, was charged with three counts of vehicular homicide and one count of hit and run Thursday in the death of 23-year-old Frankie Brohm, said Cobb County District Attorney's spokeswoman Kathy Watkins.</p><p>Hutcherson and Brohm had been drinking on that August night, police said, first while watching NASCAR at a friend's house and then at a local bar.</p><p>On the way home, Brohm leaned out the window because he was feeling ill, and Hutcherson veered off the road, grazing a telephone support wire, police said.</p><p>Hutcherson was evidently unaware of the incident and drove 10 miles to his parents' home with the headless body in the car, police said. He parked his truck and went inside and fell asleep.</p><p>A neighbor walking with his daughter discovered the body the next morning in the passenger seat of the truck.</p><p>When police arrived, Hutcherson was still sleeping in his room. According to police reports, Hutcherson smelled of alcohol and had blood on him.</p><p>He was released from jail in September on $50,000 bond.</p><p>___</p><p>HASH(0x28665c4)</p>
