<p>Three soldiers from the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart died in Iraq when their vehicle overturned, the Pentagon said Tuesday.</p><p>The soldiers killed Sunday in Balad, Iraq, were identified as Spc. Dakotah L. Gooding, 21, Des Moines, Iowa; Sgt. Rene Knox, Jr., 22, New Orleans; and Sgt. Chad W. Lake, 26, Ocala, Fla. _ all of the division's 5th Squadron, 7th Cavalry.</p><p>The 3rd Infantry, which helped lead the assault on Baghdad in 2003, returned to Iraq last month for a second tour. Two soldiers from the division who were killed last week were the first reported to be killed since the 19,000 soldiers deployed.</p><p>As of Tuesday, at least 1,464 members of the U.S. military have died since the beginning of the Iraq war in March 2003, including 1,114 as a result of hostile action.</p>
