College World Series stays in Omaha

OMAHA, NEBRASKA - The NCAA and Omaha officials have signed a five-year contract to keep the College World Series in the city through 2010.<br> <br> Omaha has been home to the Division One baseball championship since 1950.<br> <br> Mayor Mike Fahey says the city will spend two-point-two (m) million dollars on improvements to Rosenblatt Stadium over the next three or four years.<br> <br> The new agreement gives Omaha the first right to negotiate another contract extension in 2009.
