Mercer pushes Savannah St. losing streak to 26

MACON - Jacob Skogen scored 18 points and James Odums added 16 to lead Mercer to a 94-62 victory over winless Savannah State on Tuesday night.<br> <br> The Tigers (0-26) trailed by one point with 16:47 remaining in the first half. The Bears then went on a 25-11 run and took a 36-21 lead.<br> <br> Mercer (13-8), which had 14 players score, put the game away with a 14-2 run at the start of the second half.<br> <br> Damitrius Coleman had 12 assists for Mercer.<br> <br> Mark Williams led the Tigers with 22 points. Sherard Reddick added 19 points and grabbed 15 rebounds.
