Lions earn second straight trip to state

ATHENS - The Lakeview Academy boys basketball team advanced to its second straight Class A state tournament appearance after beating Athens Christian 56-46 Wednesday night in the Region 8-A Tournament at Athens Academy.<br> <br> Deke Rochester led Lakeview with 22 points and Don Crumbley added 13 points.<br> <br> The Lions will play the winner of the Athens Academy/Prince Avenue Baptist on Friday at Athens Academy.
