Administrator Russ Strickland says the Bell-Minor Home has contracted with Wellington Health Care Management to acquire the Long Term Care facility.<br>

The Bell-Minor Home is located on Old Hamilton Place but for years was fixture on Bradford Street.<br>

Strickland is the third-generation administrator of the family owned and operated facility that has served the Gainesville area for a half-century.<br>

"With this move, the resources of a corporation that is nationally recognized for excellence in Long Term Care will be available," Strickland said. "This will be an excellent fit for our residents and staff. I feel confident placing my family's good name in their hands."<br>
