GHCC about ready to retire 2-year-old building debt

GAINESVILLE - Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce officials say they are on track to retire - by the end of June - the remaining debt on the two-year-old renovation and expansion of the chamber office.

Chamber treasurer Mike Whitmire says only $200,000 of the $1.8 million spent on the project is still owed.
