Police charge two men accused of stealing luggage at airport

<p>Two men were charged Thursday with stealing luggage from the carousel at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.</p><p>The men were arrested Thursday night by undercover Atlanta police officers monitoring the baggage claim area at the airport.</p><p>The suspects may have stolen luggage before and used Atlanta's transit system to escape, police said.</p><p>One man was arrested after an officer asked him for ID as he tried to pick up the luggage. The man told them he had a partner waiting at a train stop, police said.</p><p>The second man was carrying a pellet gun and two dozen bags of marijuana, officers said.</p>
