Teacher arrested after being accused of sending obscene material

<p>Police say a 47-year-old Henry County school teacher has been arrested after being accused of sending obscene material over his cell phone to a 16-year-old girl.</p><p>Henry police arrested Marvin Lee King on Monday. He is charged with furnishing obscene material to a minor.</p><p>Authorities say King -- a band teacher at Eagles Landing Middle School -- sent the pictures to one of his former students in September 2004.</p><p>King appeared in Henry County Magistrate Court this morning. His case has been bound over to State Court. King is free on bond.</p><p>Henry police say information they obtained during their investigation leads to them suspect there may be more victims.
