Texas State 50, Georgia Southern 35

<p>Barrick Nealy passed for 400 yards and four touchdowns, and Texas State scored 27 points in the fourth quarter to come from behind and beat Georgia Southern 50-35 on Saturday in the first round of the Division I-AA playoffs.</p><p>Texas State (10-2) trailed 35-23 at the end of the third quarter before Nealy threw two touchdowns in the final quarter to key the comeback.</p><p>Texas State will face Cal Poly next Saturday in the second round.</p><p>Nealy went 23-of-32 with an interception. He ran for 126 yards on 12 carries and another touchdown.</p><p>Georgia Southern (8-4) was led by Jayson Foster, who ran for 151 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries. Foster also threw for 135 yards and two more TDs.</p><p>Jermaine Austin added 147 yards on 23 carries and a touchdown for the Eagles, who led 21-10 at halftime.</p>
