Subdivisions and a shopping center on HCPC agenda

GAINESVILLE - A new Chestnut Mountain area shopping center and two new subdivisions elsewhere in the county are on the Hall County Planning Commission agenda for next week.

The shopping center is planned for a 28-acre site on Winder Highway near Martin Road.

One of the subdivisions, consisting of twelve lots, is proposed for the Clarks Bridge Road/Nopone Road intersection.

The other is slated for Harmony Church Road near Dover Road and would include 30 homes.

The planning board meets next Monday.
