Regions Declares Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE:RF) Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 34 cents per share, payable Nov. 15, 2005, to stockholders of record as of Nov. 1, 2005. <br> <br> This is the 138th consecutive quarter in which the company has paid cash dividends, going back to its formation in 1971. <br> <br> Regions has bank branches in Gainesville and Hall County and elsewhere in Georgia.<br> <br> <br>
