North Forsyth still alive in AAAA tournament

COLUMBUS - In Thursday&#39;s Class AAAA girls state softball tournament, North Forsyth won its first game 2-0 over Hardaway but then fell 7-0 to Ringgold in the second round.<br> <br> The Lady Raiders will play the winner of the East Paulding-Marist game at 3 p.m. for a chance to stay alive in the loser&#39;s bracket.<br> <br> In other AAAA action, Ringgold beat Greenbrier 5-1 before knocking off North Forsyth to advance to Friday&#39;s semifinals. Luella beat Marist 4-0 and then Northgate 2-0 to advance to the semifinals.<br> <br> Ringgold and Luella will play at 7 p.m. for a spot in the championship round.<br> <br> Northgate will play the Hardaway-Greenbrier winner at 3 p.m. in the other elimination game Friday.
