Lt. Kenny Neece, commander of the Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad, says the four were arrested in a parking lot on Brown's Bridge Road following an undercover operation "after they delivered approximately 3 pounds of methamphetamine ."
Alejandro Salas Tovar, 30, and Daniel Rasas Lorenzano, 33, both of Gainesville; Jesus Arroyo Arias, 20, South Carolina; and, Jose Medina Ayala, 24, Gwinnett County, are each charged with trafficking methamphetamine, according to Lt. Neece.
