ATLANTA - The Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce plans to open an office in Gainesville.

The president of the organization, Sara Gonzalez, says it is using a $50,000 grant from United Parcel Service to open satellite officers in Gainesville as well as Clayton County, Augusta, Athens and Dalton.

Gonzalez says the offices are being set up to provide business education to the state's growing Hispanic population.

She added the grant marks the second time UPS has financially supported a chamber project.
