New Jersey group buys Georgia shopping mall

<p>The Lightstone Group of Lakewood has purchased five shopping centers across the country, including one in Georgia.</p><p>The $110.7 million-deal with Philadelphia-based Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, announced Thursday, involves Mount Berry Square Mall in Rome, Ga.; Bradley Square Mall in Cleveland; Shenango Valley Mall in Sharon, Pa.; West Manchester Mall in York, Pa., and Martinsburg Mall in Martinsburg, W.Va.</p><p>PREIT obtained the five malls in its merger with the Crown American Realty Trust last year.</p><p>__</p><p>On the Net:</p><p>HASH(0x2867da4)</p>
