NGMC contributes $693M to Gainesville area economy

GAINESVILLE - Northeast Georgia Medical Center contributed over $693 million to the local economy in 2002, according to a report recently released by GHA: An Association of Hospitals and Health Systems.

The report revealed that the medical center directly spent over $231 million with area businesses in 2002
