Courthouse annex work continues

GAINESVILLE - Hall County Commissioners have approved contracts totaling almost $238,000 for more work on renovating the courthouse annex.

The annex is being renovated as the shift in location for various counties offices continues following the opening last year of the new courthouse.

H. Lloyd Hill & Associates submitted one of the bids - totaling $88,500.

Hogan Construction's $149,250 bid is for construction-management services.
