<p>After two days, a 4-year-old autistic boy who wandered away from his home was found alive Tuesday.</p><p>David Tippin slipped out the back door of his home early Sunday morning. His parents reported him missing at 8 a.m. Sunday when they awoke to go to church and the boy was gone, authorities said.</p><p>"He's found, he's alive, he's well," his grandmother, Vivian Tippin, said Tuesday.</p><p>She said the boy had made his way into a vacant rental house about three-fourths of a mile from his home and was found Tuesday morning by its owner, who noticed the lights were on and came inside to turn them off.</p><p>"David was laying in front of the refrigerator door asleep," said Tippin, who said she had not seen yet her grandson but was told he only suffered a few scratches and was doing well. "He's not in bad condition at all."</p><p>The house where David was found had been searched on Sunday. Monday, dog teams picked up the boy's trail, it led them through a series of neighbors' homes.</p><p>"They took us house to house to house, upstairs and downstairs," John Holder, David's cousin, said.</p><p>At the child's home Tuesday, family members waited for David to be released from the hospital while others took David's teddy bear to him.</p><p>"He's in good health, just a couple of scratches on his leg. That was it," said Justin Giadrosich, the child's cousin.</p><p>"Our prayers were answered, it took a miracle and the miracle happened," Holder said.</p>
