Gainesville man fatally injured in wreck

GAINESVILLE - A 63-year-old Gainesville man has died of injuries received a weekend traffic accident.

Glendon Leon Oswalt, Sr., died at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

The accident happened about 9:00 Saturday night on Dawsonville Highway near Sportsman Club Road, according to Gainesville Police.

Oswalt reportedly was thrown from his car when it left the road and hit an embankment.
