Alto asked to annex 87 acres

GAINESVILLE - This small Habersham County of Alto is poised to add another 87 acres to its city limits. <br>

According to the Gainesville-based Norton Company's Native Intelligence Market Watch, which tracks growth trends and other economic indicators in Northeast Georgia, M & R Developments plans 120-150 homes on the tract.<br>
<br>
The company says annexation is needed in order to connect to a sewer system. <br>
<br>
The property is on G.C. Grant Road.<br>
