<p>A fourth and final suspect in a fatal 1990 beating has been arrested in Alabama, authorities said Monday.</p><p>James Randall Reagan, 45, was arrested in Ozark, Ala., last week, said Harris County Sheriff Mike Jolley. He gave no details of Reagan's capture.</p><p>Jolley is accused of having a part in the beating death of Paul McKeen Jr., who was 21 in 1990 when he was found with a serious head wound on the side of a Meriwether County road. McKeen died in the hospital two days later.</p><p>Also charged in his death are Johnny Vernon Phillips, 49, of Jacksonville, Fla., and Charles Aldon Bulloch, 56, of Port Wentworth, Ga. The fourth suspect, 35-year-old Guy Walter Hardaway, is currently serving a prison term in Florida.</p><p>All four are charged with felony murder and kidnapping with bodily injury.</p><p>Police have not said what led to a break in the 14-year-old case, although they said the four men charged have been suspected from the beginning.</p><p>Jolley said McKeen was assaulted at the Pines Pub & Restaurant in Pine Mountain the evening of Feb. 27, 1990, forced from the parking lot, then driven to the top of Pine Mountain and thrown from a car.</p><p>___</p><p>HASH(0x28664cc)</p>
