Phillies put Wolf on 15-day DL, activate Wagner

CHICAGO - The Philadelphia Phillies placed starter Randy Wolf on the 15-day disabled list with tendinitis in his left elbow. <br>

They've also activated closer Billy Wagner.<br>
<br>
Wolf is 2-3 with a 2.91 ERA.
